Cancellation Policy
We value our clients’ time greatly, but our time is important too. Non-attendance and/or late cancellations cost an enormous amount of time and money to small businesses.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. This allows us to reallocate your time to those on our extensive waiting list.
If you miss or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your visit to us. Please note, this fee is not claimable through Medicare, DVA, WorkCover or your Private Health Fund.
Of course, we understand that at times unforeseen circumstances can occur that are out of your control. Exceptions will be made for these types of immediate emergencies, at our discretion.
We provide reminders via phone, SMS and/or e-mail prior to your appointment, however, it is your responsibility to attend or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, regardless of whether you receive a reminder or not.
